How much does a repair cost?
Our fixed labour rates are £95 for freestanding washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, cookers up to 600mm and built-in single ovens; £105 for built-in machines and double ovens; and £119 for range cookers over 600mm. All prices include VAT, and any parts needed are quoted before we fit them — no surprises.
Can you come the same day?
Very often, yes. We aim for same or next-day visits across our coverage area, and we work evenings and weekends too — open 7 days, 08:00–21:00. Call 07980 804 329 and we’ll tell you straight away when we can get to you.
What if my appliance can’t be economically repaired?
If we find your appliance isn’t worth repairing — the parts would cost more than it’s sensibly worth — we’ll tell you honestly and advise replacement. In that case there’s a flat £59 (inc. VAT) for the visit and diagnosis, rather than the full repair charge.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes — every repair comes with a full 12-month parts and labour guarantee. If the same fault returns within a year, we’ll come back and put it right at no charge.
