We will make every effort to attend within the agreed time window. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances and will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.

4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Labour Charges
Our fixed-price labour rates (inclusive of VAT) are as follows:
• Freestanding washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 600mm or narrower cooker, or built-in single oven: £95
• Built-in washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and double ovens: £105
• Cooker wider than 600mm (range cookers): £119
These rates cover the engineer's visit, diagnosis, and labour. Parts are charged separately where required.
4.2 Diagnostic Fee
If an appliance is assessed and deemed beyond economical repair (BER), a diagnostic fee of £59 (inclusive of VAT) is payable. This covers the cost of the engineer's visit and time spent diagnosing the fault.
4.3 Parts
Any replacement parts required are charged in addition to the labour rate. We will inform you of the cost of parts before proceeding with the repair and will not fit any parts without your approval.
4.4 Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept: cash, contactless card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BACS bank transfer. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Invoices are provided upon request.

5. Guarantee & Warranty
All completed repairs are covered by a 12-month guarantee on both parts fitted and labour, subject to the following conditions:
• The appliance has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
• The fault has not been caused by misuse, accidental damage, or third-party interference.
• The appliance has not been subject to further repair or modification by another party following our repair.
If a fault recurs within the guarantee period and falls within these conditions, we will return to investigate and rectify the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice: No charge.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: We reserve the right to charge a £25 administration fee.
• If the engineer attends and is unable to access the property or appliance: The full diagnostic fee of £59 may be charged.
To cancel or reschedule, please call us on 07980 804 329 as soon as possible.

7. Liability
• We are not liable for any pre-existing faults unrelated to the repair carried out.
• We are not liable for any consequential or indirect loss arising from a failed repair or delayed appointment.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the repair in question.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Access & Safety
You are responsible for ensuring the engineer has safe access to the appliance, including clearing the area, ensuring adequate lighting and working space, and informing us of any known hazards. We reserve the right to refuse or halt a repair if the working environment is deemed unsafe. A call-out charge may still apply in such cases.
